Breakfast

Breakfast is served  in the South facing dining room between 8am and 9am from 1st March and between 8.30 and 9.30 from 1st November.


All ingredients are specially selected for quality and flavour, using organic and/or free range where possible.

Breakfast Menu



To start your breakfast: A full selection from the cold buffet: cereals, home made muesli & granola, fruit salad, prunes, grapefruit, plain and fruit yogurt. Fresh fruit is also available on the side buffet with bread for toast, home made marmalade, jam etc.


Main breakfast options:

English: Sausage, fried egg, back bacon, fried tomato and mushrooms.

Vegetarian: Vege-sausage, fried egg, fried tomato, mushrooms and beans.

Pescatorian: Smoked salmon & scrambled eggs.

Your choice on toast or as a toasted sandwich:

Cream cheese, smoked salmon, tomato, ham, grated cheese or mushrooms.

Customised: Any of the above in the combination of your choice; also any special requirements not on the menu please ask.


All breakfasts are made fresh to order and served to you from the kitchen.


To drink: A selection of fruit juices plus tea or coffee, served to you when required from the kitchen.
